Commercial Rentals
The Berlin Lions Agricultural Fair Association requires that an application be completed each year for any vendor requesting rental space. The application is required regardless of previous participation and no vendor will be considered without a fully completed application.
The Berlin Fair reserves the right to refuse space to any person when it deems it to be in the best interest of the Fair. Food is provided by local non-profic organizations. The Berlin Fair Rentals Committee will not accept applications from outside food vendors.
Concessionaires are liable to strict supervision by the Fair management, who reserves the right to enforce whatever rules appear necessary for the regulation of concessions.
The Berlin Fair will not be responsible for any damage to property.
The application is solely a request to be considered for rental space at the Berlin Fair. It is not a binding agreement with the Berlin Lions Club, nor does it guarantee rental space. This application will be forwarded to the Commercial Rentals Committee for review. Either a representative will contact you upon review of the application to inform you of its decision or a contract will be sent.
Returning vendors who fail to return a completed application by March 15 risk losing their previous rental location. Payment and or sample merchandise should not be sent with application. Once accepted you will receive a contract and current instructions and regulations form.
