Setup and Fair Weekend

Vendors must check in at the Vendor Registration Building upon arrival (enter through Gate #2 parking lot). Vendor passes may be picked up at that time (10' booth = 8 vendor passes, all others will receive 3 passes for every 5’ of paid rental space). Additional vendor passes are available for purchase at the Vendor Building for $7.00 each. NOTE: It is the responsibility of the vendor and/or concessions to ensure their workers have a vendor pass to enter onto the Fairgrounds through any public gate. Passes are surrendered upon entrance to the Fair.

PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING SET UP SCHEDULE

Vendors may set up: Monday & Tuesday 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Thursday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.NOTE: Vehicles must be off the Fairgrounds by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.

PLEASE NOTE:

Vendors WILL NOT be allowed to start setup after 3:00 pm on Thursday or 9:00 AM on Friday.
Vehicles must be removed from the Fairgrounds and no vehicles will be allowed onto the Fairgrounds after 3:00 pm on Thursday, 9:00 a.m. Friday, 8:00 a.m. Saturday, and 8:00 a.m. Sunday.
NO cars/vehicles will be allowed on the Fairgrounds until AFTER 7:00 PM Sunday (once the attendees clear).

Gates open to the public as follows:

Thursday 4:00 pm

Friday 11:00 AM (10:00 AM for special needs groups)

Saturday 9:00 AM

Sunday 9:00 AM

Concessions and midway will shut down as follows unless management decides otherwise:
